CLEVELAND AVENUE

Located on a busy commercial street in Santa Rosa, the owner of this small office complex wanted to refresh the properties curb appeal. The manager also requested a drought tolerant planting scheme with an upgraded irrigation system that would lower water useage and reduce their water bill. New more contemporary, drought tolerant plants such as Manzanita, Jeruselum Sage, Coast Rosemary and Australian Fuchsia were selected. The new irrigation system included the most efficient drip irrigation product, which has significantly reduced water usage.
